Abstract

Effective youth governance is often hindered by inefficiencies in program recommendation, member profiling, document archiving, and budget allocation. To address these challenges, the proponents developed the Sangguniang Kabataan Online Platform (SaKOP), a digital system designed to streamline administrative tasks for the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) of Nasugbu, Batangas. This study highlights the role of digital solutions in modernizing youth governance and improving service delivery within SK organizations. SaKOP integrates member profiling, digital document archiving, data-driven program recommendations, and budget allocation tools for improved transparency. Developed using the descriptive- developmental research method and Agile framework, the system was evaluated through structured feedback from SK officials, IT experts, and local government representatives, showing high user satisfaction in enhancing efficiency, decision- making, and accountability.
