Abstract
Bachelor of Science in Information Technology College of Informatics and Computing Sciences Batangas State University The National Engineering University ARASOF – Nasugbu Nasugbu, Batangas, Philippines This study focused on developing S’tockpile: Resource Management and Process Automation System for the Resource Generation Office at BatStateU TNEU ARASOF-Nasugbu Campus. The goal was to improve inventory management, sales tracking, stock reservations, and facility rentals by replacing manual processes that were time-consuming and prone to errors. The researchers used Agile Methodology to continuously improve the system based on user feedback. Data were collected from 13 respondents, including RGO staff and IT experts, through surveys and system evaluations. The results showed that S’tockpile made operations faster, improved inventory accuracy, automated sales reports, and made stock reservations more efficient. Users found the system easy to use, reliable, and highly effective. The study concluded that S’tockpile helped the university manage resources better, reduce errors, and create a smoother experience for both staff and students. It can also serve as a model for improving resource management in other institutions.
